Adam Hale, owner of The Carpet Medic, started cleaning carpet in 1996. Over the last 25 years, not only has he become one of the most respected carpet cleaners in Idaho, but his reputation in the industry has expanded nationwide. Adam’s desire for quality and integrity motivated him to share his passion for excellence with carpet cleaning professionals everywhere. At one point in his career, he traveled throughout the U.S. assisting other companies by demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Adam is not only a Certified Master Textile Cleaner, but has also been an Instructor for the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) teaching carpet cleaning certification courses from coast to coast. Over the years he has also been asked to speak at several prominent carpet cleaning conventions held across the country.
